Today I’ve been building a website. On a scale from favourite to least-favourite activities, website design ranks somewhere in the middle. I don’t really enjoy it but at least I’m not being eaten alive by insects or something. Thrive Themes tools make it easier. What makes it even easier is the following rule: Just keep…
Cryptography And Language Learning Aptitude I’ve written about the quickest way to success before. It basically amounts to this: Take what works in one area and apply it to another area. If you’re involved in online business circles, no doubt you’ll have come across this idea in the form of calling everything “High Intensity Interval…
Thoughts On Pricing I was speaking with some gentlemen earlier about pricing a product. I don’t have much time this evening, so I thought I’d just write up some quick thoughts. I’ve probably covered this in the archives already, so I’ll keep it brief. Before we get on to how I work out the price…
But What If They Find Out Your Tricks? A while back I asked readers of the email list (you’re on that already, right?) what they’d like to see if I created some more in depth material. Those things are coming, but on the backburner while I tend to more pressing issues and fix my hands….
Quick Tip For Niche Site Builds Alright, so I unexpectedly spent the day at the hospital. (Everything is fine, don’t worry.) In other words, what skills does copywriting give you that allow you to transition out of copywriting as a career if…
Folks, I’ve got to be honest. It’s 20:36 on Saturday night and I unexpectedly had to be out for most of the day. But I write the daily posts and it’s something I haven’t planned on breaking today. You have to be a man of your word in today’s world, so there we go. But…
Stop Reading Stupid Arguments Online People debate all the time about the whole online business thing. It doesn’t matter if it is affiliate marketing, copywriting, building websites, running an email list… people will say: It’s all a scam You can’t make £X doing that! How does that even work? What about starting a real business?…
Niche Site Planning (Method #139499) So I planned another niche site today. (I’m staying off the internet as a kind of detox, but the brain does what it wants I guess.) Now, with planning stuff, over time you’ll find that things become more and more condensed. The latest plan for today’s niche site is a…
The Pareto Principle Is Flawed Dear Diary, It’s Day 4 of heavily restricting my internet time. I’ve decided to spend five minutes maximum on Twitter per day for the next month. So yesterday I wrote a throwaway tweet to satisfy my hungry readership: Pareto Principle is flawed because it’s very easy to say 20% of…
