Down Day

General Thoughts

I have had a ridiculously unproductive day. But it’s fine.

As regular readers will know, I sometimes whine about a recurring sleep disorder I have.

Last night was one of those nights; absolutely horrendous.

Now, in the past, I’d wake up and fight the fact that I already felt exhausted and try and power through the day’s activities regardless.

Today, I didn’t. It messes up my schedule, sure. It puts me behind.

But experience dictates that all you really do when you’re in a trough is get more annoyed at your comparative lack of ability.

As such, I didn’t bother today and honestly I’ve let it go and feel fine about it.

Now Back To The Regular Programming Schedule…)

I spent most of the day listening to music on YouTube and other unproductive stuff.

So, nothing really to add, but I’m writing this to keep the daily blog streak alive and just in case any of you happen to have a down day, just relax.

You can get on with winning again tomorrow.
